Placing an Order

1. Choose from our wide range of border designs or opt to go borderless
2. Send your photo (max 2 MB) with your message (optional, max 25 characters) to reddotballoons@gmail.com with the following details:
   (a) Selected border design (indicate the design code)
   (b) No. of balloons required
   (c) Transaction mode, either (i) Send via post or (ii) Self-collection
   (d) Your name
   (e) Mobile number
   (f) Mailing address (if you opt for the balloon to be sent via post)
3. Once we receive your order, an acknowledgement SMS will be sent to the mobile number you have provided. Collection/Payment instructions will be given.

(i) Send via Post [Payment to be made via interbank transfer]
    This option is not available for rocher bouquet orders

• Normal postage for balloon orders is free. Registered mail can be arranged subject to an additional fee of S$2.30 per order
• Follow our SMS instructions to make payment (via POSB or OCBC bank transfer)
• The personalised balloon will be mailed to the address within 2 working days from payment receipt.

(ii) Self-collection [Cash and carry]

• Items will be ready for collection within 2 working days from our acknowledgement SMS 
• Collections can be arranged daily from 9am to 10pm at Lakeside MRT
  [For purchases exceeding $20, other collection venues can be arranged]
• Cash payment upon collection
